Introducing TACLaminates

TACLaminates is a new family of composite laminate architectures, built around a simple idea: the stacking sequence — not just the base material — is where real strength-to-weight performance comes from.

Why architecture, not just material

Most conversations about composites focus on the fiber or resin system. Those matter, but they're only half the story. The other half is how individual plies are oriented and stacked — the angles, the order, the count. That stacking sequence determines how a laminate actually carries load in the real world.

TACLaminates is designed ply-by-ply, engineering the stack around the specific load path of each application, instead of defaulting to an over-built, one-size-fits-all layup.

Built to re-tune across sectors

The same underlying design discipline adapts across aerospace & astronautics, defense, marine, automotive, and general industrial applications — each with its own load cases, environments, and requirements. Rather than a single fixed product, TACLaminates is an architecture that gets re-tuned per application.

What's next

We'll be using this space to share technical notes on ply design, application spotlights across different sectors, and updates as the product family develops. If you have a specific application in mind, reach out — we're happy to talk specifics.
